Yet more questions for Dr. HillFrom: Kristy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 14 Mar 2001 05:29:00 -0800 (PST)
Good morning, I have yet some more questions for you Dr. Hill, but before I get to them I just want to say that I hope that Baby Alex is doing well. Since I talked to you in Jan I had to have my biopsy rescheduled b/c of infection and ended up having it done last week. I go back to see my dr on the 28th for follow-up to get the results of the biopsy, etc. In addition to the vaginal biopsy she did a vulvar biopsy (this was originally scheduled but thought I was only getting a vaginal biopsy). I'm still in the middle of the recovery process, and having to use pillows when I sit down b/c of the fact that the area that she took from (it was right on target) is still quite sore. I will let everyone know how that visit on the 28th turns out. Now on to the reason that I'm writing. I had just re-read the post that you sent in response to my question about the removal of vaginal endo back on Jan 17th, and since that was originally posted I have talked to someone who said that their dr removed vaginal endo by sending the laparoscope up the vaginal canal. My question is this: Is the laparoscope big or thin enough to be able to fit up the vaginal canal? If yes, is that part done first before removing endo in the other areas of the abdominal cavity? There's still so much that I have to understand about endo especially when it comes to the endo showing up in rarer places. Thanks so much for your time. ===== Kristy :) http://www.geocities.com/HotSprings/Falls/4659/kristyspage.html Yahoo! Auctions - Buy the things you want at great prices.
