After reading about colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy they have confirmed my worries about the exam I had. I had a camera inserted but I did not have to empty/clean my bowels in any way. The whole procedure lasted no more than five minutes. the doctor who performed it said that he had been looking endometriosis but there was no sign of it. Nor was there any sign of Crohns disease or anything like that - everything looked normal. I would appreciate any information.
