Hi Tamara,

Yes, the patient always has the right to review his/her medical records. Copies may cost you a copying fee, but you always have the right to review them at no charge.

Remember that if you see doctors in a hospital or large clinic, Central Medical Records and the individual's clinics may not have all the same records...so if you're looking for something in paticular and can't find it, keep that in mind.
