There are two options available. Either he can use a condom or he can be treated with the same antibiotic. The infection will likely not cause him any problems, but if you have been sexually active throughout, you could get treated, only to get re-infected with the next sexual encounter. Most physicians will provide treatment for partners as well... Lynn
