Michelle, First of all, the bleeding has nothing to do with the actual tubal ligation. Often with a tubal ligation, there is a clamp placed on the anterior cervix and I have seen these sites cause bleeding on occasion. More likely, the bleeding is dysfunctional uterine bleeding that is a result of not being on the birth control pills after 13 years... Lynn
