Unfortunately, there is no easy fix to this problem. For males, viagra has been a plus, although it doesn't seem to really affect drive that much and has been shown to be ineffective in women. There is some data that ginko biloba taken at 60-120 mg twice per day may offer some benefit for women-the benefit is not gleaned for appoximately 3-4 weeks of continued use. The problem with the anti-depressants is that they may make you feel better about yourself, but they may make you feel less during sex. You are certainly not alone with this problem. It is shared by many women. There are short term fixes available in the form of testosterone therapy that is used prior to the act itself and does increase interest and excitement. The problem here is that you have to have enough interest to motivate you to want to undertake intercourse and take the medication preceeding it. For your benefit in trying to achieve pregnancy, this may at least allow you enough interest to be sexually active enough to conceive... Lynn
