I just wanted to send some support to you and let you know that it can happen for you. My husband and I both have fertility problems and we went in for a lot of testing and we ended up going through a procedure called InterCervical Injection. I ended up getting pregnant and having a little girl 10 months ago. My question to you is that when you went in for you insemination was your wife on any drugs to help ovulation? I was and it really seemed to up our chances, also don't give up two cycles of artifical insemination isn't that much. I would continue trying. Make sure she is already taking prenatel vitimans and just stick with it. We were told that you don't want to have sex every night because your sperm count doen'st have enough time to rebuild, therefore you should wait 2-3 days before having sex. If you don't mind me being personal, have you both been in and had tests done to determine the problem areas? My problem was that I didn't ovulate regularly and my husband had a very low sperm count. If you haven't the both of you should get properly diagnoised then see what procedure will best suit you. Take care and think positive.
