Pat, This is not an uncommon complaint and may have to do with testosterone production. It is known that testosterone plays a role in libido. Estrogen replacement does not provide testosterone routinely. There is one formulation called Estratest that provides some testosterone, which I use in this case with excellent results. You might ask to consider switching... Lynn
