Tina, It is very hard to differentiate some of these symptoms without an exam. Bear in mind that there are many things within the abdomen that can cause many of these symptoms besides the reproductive tract. I would certainly relate these symptoms to your physician in that it they are certainly not explained by a hemorrhagic cyst... Lynn
