(ASCUS) and it was limited by lack of "Endocervical"cells. Endometrial cells presence might well be abnormal. ASCUS is frequently used to mean: "I don't see anything abnormal, but something here bothers me a bit and I don't want to call it normal" Repeating the pap in 3-4 months is the standard practice.
