I suspect that this was "Atypical cells of undetermined significance". (ASCUS) and it was limited by lack of "Endocervical"cells. Endometrial cells presence might well be abnormal. ASCUS is frequently used to mean: "I don't see anything abnormal, but something here bothers me a bit and I don't want to call it normal" Repeating the pap in 3-4 months is the standard practice.
