My caring husband introduced me to this, and we do it with love. I also have a haemerhoid and it helped to sort things out by pushing everything back in, sorry about the description. If the man is not extremely gentle, it simply doesnt work. It is definitely not about shoving, and you're not abnormal or wrong if it is part of your lovemaking.
