These lumps are probably on your vulvar area, not your vagina. It is very difficult for someone to see inside her own vagina. If these are external, they are almost certainly sebaceous inclusion cysts - whiteheads. The numbmess and tingling though are not usual. Make sure you let the doc know about that.
