Atypical Adenomatous Endometrial Hyperplasia - More Questions

How do I go about educating myself on this disease? I need more information on it. I want to get a second opinion - does that mean giving another Gyno my lab report from the D&C, or do I have to go through some more tests? How can I be sure I really have Atypical vs. Plain? What is the difference? What was in the pathology report that made me Atypical vs. Plain? Thank you for your help.
