Without any physical examination,it's hard to tell what those blisters are. From your story, they could be mucoceles. When you're under pressure, do you often repeteadly bite the inner surface of your cheek ? If you do, this habit would lead to the mucocele formation. You'd better have them examined by a dentist to be sure.
