Take a pregnancy test, because early diagnosis is always helpful. Stress and pregnancy are the two most common causes of late periods. I'm glad that you use pregnancy protection every time you have sex. No form of contraception is 100% successful, though. If a pregnancy would be impossible for you to deal with, or if you would like to avoid future pregnancy worry, you might consider abstaining from vaginal sex. Alternately, you might add another method of birth control to your condom and spermicide use.
