Dear Cindy,

You should be seen as soon as possible by your gynecologist or primary care provider. If you feel it is an emergency, or if you can not get in to see your health care provider soon enough, then you should go to the emergency room. There is a long list of possible causes for your problem. A complete history and physical should be able to sort those out.
