You should take a test because if you are pregnant, early diagnosis is best. Having him pull out before he ejaculates is better than using nothing, but condom and spermicide are much better than pulling out. Stress and pregnancy are two common causes of missed periods. The surest way to elimimate future pregnancy worry is to abstain from vaginal intercourse. If you choose to have intercourse, it's important to use something to prevent pregnancy every time.
