During this time I have gained 15 pounds despite my eating and exercise habits staying the same. I thought that perhaps my it was just my body so for the past month I've been on a strict 1200 calorie a day diet. However, I've gained another 5 pounds since starting this diet and have horrible water retention. I also have horrible mood swings. Is it possible that the pill is causing this or not...I'm scheduled to go in to the doctor next week to evaluate how it's all going....
