Overdose of Morning After Pills- took too many- bleeding 5 days later

I'm a 19 year old who took morning after pills (Nordette) on Tuesday morning of last week. I then took the follow up pills 15 hours later instead of 12. I worried that they wouldn't work because I was late taking them so I took another dose Wednesday morning to be sure. I had taken morning after pills once before correctly and had no problem. However, 5 days after I took the pill this time(Sunday) I started bleeding like a menstrual cycle. I know this is not my normal cycle because it's two weeks early. I have mild cramping but I'm concerned because I've never had an abnormal period. Could I be seriously overdosing on MAP's or is this normal in people who take them? Should I be concerned? I've only been bleeding for 2 days so far.

Thanks for helping, Lee
