I consistently have a 10 day luteal phase and a very stubborn menstral cycle. My doctor has tried progesterone suppositories, progesterone suppositories coupled with an hcg injection and most recently a cycle of clomid, all to no effect. Are there any other methods that can lengthen the luteal phase? And, does this problem indicate that there is something wrong or abnormal internally?
