You have a very complex clinical history, so anything I discuss will be
purely speculation. It's possible you have an ovarian remnant, as the
FSH and estradiol levels are normal. You might have endometriosis,
since your doctor was not able to remove the endo during the last
laparsocopy. Finally, you might have pelvic congestion, although the
first two diagnoses seem more likely. A few months of GnRH agonist
therapy might help, since these powerful medications suppress ovarian
function and decrease pain from endometriosis.
It's time for a second opinion. Look for a gynecologist experienced in
endometriosis and pelvic pain, and who has considerable experience with
laparoscopy and open surgery. It's always best to bring your old
records, especially operative reports and biopsy reports. Good luck.
