I am not a doctor, but have recurring UTIs--if the back pain is severe and is accompanied by any urinary symptoms, you may want to see your PCP to get it checked out.

However, about 3 days after my period stopped I began having constant lower back cramping and then began vaginal spotting (watery blood). This has been going on for 7 days with the bleeding and cramping intermittently. I had a fever of 99.5 for 5 days. Is this just ovulation or an infection. My doctor said if is was still going on by the 9th day to call and come in. Is this something I should worry about. We continued to try to conceive this month. Thank you.
