your body should "recover" just fine from the DepoProvera. It may take several months for you to cycle normally, but the pill will often help with that. 20% of pregnancies end in miscarriage and it is unlikely your miscarriage was related to the DepoProvera. Blood clotting is more common with birth control pills than with DepoPRovera.
