2 12 year old daughterFrom: beth (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 1 Feb 2001 14:27:45 -0600 (CST)
My 2 1/2 year old daughter was diagnosed with moluscum contagiouso ( i know i am very off on the spelling). SHe had about 20-25 pimple spres. She was treated twice with a liquid that smelled like compound W. the first time it did not do a things. the second time the doctor put tape over top each sore. I ended up taking the tape off early because the sores were viloently red and oozing. she looked like a burn victim. she was actually shaking in pain. THis happend in November and she still has marks. Now I have noticed that she is forming even more pimple sores in new places. I really do not want to take her back to that doctor because i think they gave her the wrong dose. any suggestions?
