Linda,

first off, congratulations, both on feeling "darn attractive" and on the engagement. Good things come to those who wait! :-) Regarding the overflow of sexual energy, the easiest way of getting rid of that is masturbation. Not only will that help you to have more control of your urges now, but it will also make you a better sexual partner once you are married: You will know that sex is, in fact, a pleasant thing, and that you can have an orgasm, and you might even be able to direct your husband to give you the kind of stimulation that you need, making the whole thing so much more fulfilling for both of you. I don't know how experienced you are in this field, and maybe this sounds impossible and gross and immoral to you, but getting to know all the parts of your body is a good thing, especially now that you appreciate it so much more. Also, you might want to talk about your concerns with your fiance. If he knows you and cares for you at all, he will try his darndest to make things easier for you.

Good luck, Angela

The other side of that is I am very religious and do not believe in premarital sex. Well, I'm loosing weight for the last time in my life and feeling pretty darn sexy and attractive. There is a man in my life who is also totally against sex before marriage. As I continue to loose weight, my sexual desires are running wild, especially for this man, which is normal. Any suggestions on what I can do to prepare fmyself for this marriage as I donot want to be a dissapointment to him in bed, he was married 20 years. Help.
