First of all, I am a very fair and understanding individual, but I must say that I think it quite unfair for you to write to this forum expecting an answer to a rather complex history when you have not had an exam in over five years. That said, you need an exam. Anybody over the age of forty with bleeding outside of their normal menses requires an endometrial biopsy-you describe spotting prior to the onset of your last period. Second, with the urinary symptoms, you need a complete evaluation including an exam and a laboratory urinalysis. The store bought detector isn't worth a damn... Lynn
