Bottom line-you have sex, you can get pregnant. The problem is that it is impossible to predict ovulation every single cycle. In an ideal cycle, ovulation should occur around day 14 and as long as you avoid a couple days prior to and after, things should be fine. However, the ole body throws a curve every now and again and ovulates when you least expect it, then bingo... Lynn
