Montgomery, MD: "Re: so confused!!" OK OK OK I keep asking questions...I have a new one. My dr said I have pcos yesterday. He gave me progesterone to start my period and clomid to help me ovulate. I am reading some info that I printed from a website online and it says the reason that you don't ovulate with pcos is because the follicle matured but due to abnormal hormone levels, was never released. My question is, if clomid helps me ovulate, what good is it going to do if my hormones are off balance to release the egg/s? I am so confused. -- Justine Next message: Lynn D.
