I had twin daughters in 1990. One of them was tongue tied which was snipped at about 6 mths. and she speaks perfectly while the other who was not apparently tongue tied has some speech difficluties. I advise to snip to prevent potential problems with speach in the future. The procedure is short, simple and the child will not remember it.
