I have had 8 children. An easy solution is to purchase #000 or #00 geletin capsules and a bottle of Boric Acid (available at pharmacies or health food stores). Fill a capsule with the boric acid and insert high into the vagina at bedtime and repeat a second night if necessary. This stuff works like a charm. I have been using it for years. It was first brought to my attention by an employee at a health food store. Good Luck!
