Hi, I am sorry to hear this has happened to you. I ended up in the same situation less than a year and a half after my hyst. They removed the remaining ovary, but I ended up with ovarian remnant syndrome. Did your doctor say for sure that they were endometriomas or just hemorrhagic cysts? I have a hemorrhagic one now and she says it should go away, I hope so. I wish you the best.
