I've never had a patient complain of hair loss on Triphasil, even though my colleagues use it often. Many reactions to oral contraceptives are quite individual, and you may not have problems that a friend might have experienced. ON 777 is not "better" than Triphasil in general, although one might be better than another for an individual.
