I've never had a patient complain of hair loss on Triphasil, even though my colleagues use it often. Many reactions to oral contraceptives are quite individual, and you may not have problems that a friend might have experienced. ON 777 is not "better" than Triphasil in general, although one might be better than another for an individual. If you feel very concerned, you might ask your health care provider for a different pill, just to reduce your worry, but I would urge you to go ahead and give it a try.
