Hi Beth,

I had colposcopy twice a few years after having a laser cone biopsy and I have had NO complications. (Colposcopy in 1992 and 1994, laser in 1989)I do have one bit of information for you that may or may not assist you, depending on your history. I was a smoker and had abnormal pap smears for years resulting in the procedures above. I quit smoking in Feb 95 and have had normal paps since that time. Coincidence...? In my circumstances I don't think so.
