One of every 10 pregnancies ends up as a miscarriage. The most commonb cause for a miscarriage is abnormal chromosomes in the fertilized egg. There is no treatment for this. After someone has 3 miscarriages in a row, I usually start by checking the parents chromosomes to see if something is wrong there. The diagnsois of anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome which is usually treated in the manner you are describing is one that is very dificult to make and most laboratories are unable to do the necessary tests.
