Karen, The symptoms you describe could certainly be consistent with endometriosis. However, endometriosis is a diagnosis of visualization and you had a scope done last year, when the symptoms were present, that did not show endo. Thus, I would presume that either the scope was in error, or you didn't have endo. Whether or not the coil is contributing, there is really only one way to find out and that is removal. With regard to the passage of embryos, it would be doubtful purely from the standpoint that embroyos are very difficult to see, even for the trained eye. It is unlikely that that is what you saw...
