Ali, It does not seem like an allergic reaction because these would normally affect the entire body, not just the genitalia-unless of course you are putting the bactrim tablets in the vagina-you aren't putting the bactrim tablets in your vagina are you Ali?

It is likely that you have a vaginitis secondary to the antibiotic. It could be yeast or a bacterial vaginitis. This can occur because the antibiotic messes up the normal balance of the vaginal inhabitants and can result in one or more of them thriving, which can result in the symptoms you have. I would give your physician a call... Lynn
