I am currently experiencing this and alot of Drs. don't seem to think that the side effects are related to the actual tubal ligation. It is sort of a chain reaction that causes the side effects, but they are there and the top factor is the tubal ligation. One predominant effect is the imbalance of hormones, which is usually due to a decrease in bloodflow to the ovaries, which occurred during the surgery of the tubal ligation. Also another is ovarian cysts, since your eggs don't really go anywhere during ovulation after a tubal they can become cystic, which in some is no big thing but sometimes they can become large and bothersome and need to be removed.
