If you're getting periods, your other ovary took over completely and
can't be related. Reduced enjoyment of sex is multifactorial (many
different posiblities) and a recent pregnancy and responsiblity for a
newborn is one of them.
Speak to your doctor to make sure it's nothing physicial. Sex
couselling may also be very helpful.
