Hormones needed after a partial hysterectomy??

I had a hysterectomy last May to remove endocarcinoma insitu which is a form of cervical cancer. My ovaries were left intact. I have been taking Isoflavones to try to naturally provide the hormones needed. Recently I have been experiencing a higher level of agitation and just not feeling right (which for me is a sign of needing hormones). I have tried the hormone mixture that you use topically and my thighs are already showing increased cellulite. I was on the pill previous to the hysterectomy and had really enjoyed my body returning to normal ie....big cellulite decrease, firmer body. Is there anything that is out there that can help without the weight gain and cellulite increase?

Thank you!
