Beth If you have not ovulated, then you will not have a true period. You may bleed, but it will not be a true menstrual flow. The only way is to take the progesterone, let that bring down a 'period', and then either use fertility meds to make you ovulate or hope you do it naturally on your own. Hope this helps.
