I've had three c-section in 3 1/2 years. my problem is ABOVE by belly button to just about my ribcage. I was told the muscle up there have separated. It causes my upper stomach to stick out and feel hard. It is almost like a ball up there or like I am still pregnant. if it is pushed on it makes me feel very nauseous. It is VERY uncomfortable and VERY embarrassing. I was told my actually stomach and "leathery casing" is pushing it out since my stomach muscles have torn.
