Melissa,

I have endometriosis, and there are other options besides Lupron. And you will have to discuss with your dr whether or not they can remove the cyst during the laparoscopy. Also, if you are having cysts you might want to be tested for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome b/c sometimes women with endometriosis can get this. Also, sometimes when there are cysts in women with endometriosis they can sometimes get what is called endometriomas.
