Well I had some spotting today, does this mean the pill won't be effective the rest of the month and if that is case, I had sex the day the pill should have been effective, but then I got sick the next day and I haven't had sex since, what are the chances of me getting pregnant still? Thanks... I am on Alesse and have been on it for 3 months.
