Montgomery, MD: "Re: Premarin cream and possible pregnancy" I was prescribed premarin cream after 5 months postpartum due to painful intercourse, the dosage was 2mg daily, 5 days a week with 2 days break. My question is if I had relations and happened to get pregnant while using the premarin cream, would this be dangerous to the baby? I also heard that applying a small percent of estrogen cream to your facial cream may reduce the agin process of the skin due to collagen levels, would this also be dangerous to a fetus?
