-- My deepest thanks to Hannah and to William F. von Almen, II, MD, FACOG for their kind responses to my request for information. My bladder surgery was done by a none too sympathetic resident urologist who told me that my problems were in no way his fault. He also said that he would not consider any further assistance in my case for at least 6 to 12 months and that I would just have to get used to self catherization. The rest of my repairs were completed by a very competent and experienced OB-GYN doctor with many years of experience. I am going to ask her to complete any further repairs. Again thank you very much for your kind assistance. If I have to wait any period of time for further surgical assistance to correct this problem, I will also request counseling assistance.
