post cyctectomy (due to mucinous cystadenoma) Pregnancy

I'm 34 years old with a history of a removal of Lt dermoid cyst that caused degeneration of my Lt ovary, and recurrent mucinous cystadenoma that caused the removal of my Rt ovary. I have been advised to pursue an egg donor procedure as I don't have kids yet. Do you think that a pregnancy at this point might prove to be a risk to my health i.e. will it trigger more cyst growth (peritoneal), or even malignant cyst growth?
