It is probably due to the timing of the events. A cone done close to the menses usually leads to heavier bleeding. Add to this the fact you stopped the pill, so the hormonal environment has changed. I would say as long as it is not heavy flow like a period, you are safe to wait and contact your doc on tuesday. Hope this helps.
