I will tell you that a d+c can be helpful as it can date the endometrium to tell your md if you are in phase or not. If you are not, this is strongly suggestive of either anovulation or luteal defect, both of which are caused by low progesterones. This, however, is not the reason for your hypertension. I would go for the surgery and possiby more answers. Hope this helps
