aj, I would consult with a reproductive endocrinologist. I agree with your physician, there is hardly a place for a tubal reanastomosis any longer with the success of IVF. The fact that you have "cysts" is something that must be addressed with the specialist. Depending on the cysts, their size and cause, they can often be suppressed prior to beginning an IVF cycle...
