Still having painful orgasms!!!! What could this be?????

Hi! It's me again. I have been having a stabbing pain on the left side where my ovary is every time I have an orgasm. It's only there for about a second or two. This has been going on for about 3 or 4 months now. This has never happened to me before, and I don't know what it is or what it could be caused from. I went to my gyn in November for my yearly pap smear and explained to him what was happening. He said that he didn't see or feel anything, and that he wasn't sure what it could be from. His actual words were "You've got me baffled by this one." I don't know if this matters or not, but I have also been having pain in my lower back too sometimes and I have recently been experiencing a dull ache on that side sometimes too. Could this be caused by an ovarian cyst? I had an endometrial biopsy about two years ago and that came out fine. My pap smears have always come out fine too. Please, any information you can give me about this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance! Heather
